With the requirements for high rigidity and light weight, carbon-fiber composite materials are also started to be used in archery. The most common application for EV motors covers the injection glue for stators (coil) and bonding glue for rotors (magnet). Under high-speed rotation, the temperature of EV motors would exceed 150°C and even reach 180°C. For common motor injection products under such temperature, this would often cause reduction of motor efficacy due to reduction of mechanical and electrical performances for glue materials. It would even generate defects (e.g. cracking of glue materials) and in case of severity, short-circuited or burnt motor would appear, which would fail the lifetime assessment eventually. For organic materials, temperature is always the greatest challenge, and we have overcome strict tests including resistance temperature impact (-40°C ~ 150°C) for more than 100 cycles. When heated in air or soaked in oil over long time at 180°C, no cracks appeared on the glue material, the electrical characteristics of motor was well, and there was no reduction in strength. With the outstanding material characteristics, the practical operation test for more than 70,000 kilometers was completed eventually.
With the increasing amount of network transmission, the delivery of data in large amount must be done via fiber networks. The diversified fiber connectors allow fast dismantling and installation for connection, where no splicing is needed.For fiber wires as small as few micrometers (µm) to be assembled with connectors and mounted, the glue must reach specific bonding strength and receive strict tests under high-temperature and high-moisture.
The production and assembling of bathwares often need to meet the requirement of waterproofing and water tightness; with the glue usage, the products can present stable quality, comply with international drinking water certification under NSF, and be more competitive.

Glass products such as glass furniture, glass tableware, glass cups, and glass crafts are generally bonded with glass glue. Comparing to conventional PU (Poly Urethane) products where toxic isocyanates are used, the moisture-hardening type of modified silicone only releases alcohol in curing process, thus it is safer when used.
