Product Details
Multiple options are provided for super glues of different viscosities, which can be applied for bonding between different materials and gaps.
21401 General applications, low viscosity and resistant to 121°C of high temperature
- Transparent and fast curing
- Applicable for most of the material adhesion
- Particularly for bonding materials of inactive surface and low surface energy
- Viscosity at 80~120cps
21406 Seeping type, extremely low viscosity and resistant to 120°C of high temperature
- Transparent and fast curing
- Applicable for most of the material adhesion
- Particularly for bonding materials of inactive surface and low surface energy
- Viscosity at 15~40cps
21454 General applications, pasty and resistant to 121°C of high temperature
- Transparent and fast curing
- Applicable for vertical bonding and filling to large gaps (0.25mm)
- Applicable for most of the material adhesion
- Particularly the bonding of inactive surfaces and porous materials
- Viscosity at 15000~20000cps
For materials difficult to bond, it is hard to achieve effective bonding with most of the adhesives. Thus before operation, the materials to be bound shall be confirmed first on whether they fall under the category of difficult to bond.
Both the following two categories contain materials difficult to bond:
- Materials of inactive surface and low surface energy, e.g. PTFE, POM, EPDM, glue, electroplating materials, stainless steel and aluminum-magnesium alloy.
- Materials that are porous, water-absorbent and with acidic surfaces, e.g. ores, leathers, textiles, woods and papers.
