The “MXLOC” threaded piping sealant is a type of anaerobic adhesive in single component, contains no solvent and cures under room temperature. The adhesive is applicable for threaded pipings made of metal, which can seal gaps between threads, prevent loosening or leakage from thermal expansion, contraction or vibration.After assembling, the metal pipings can withstand more stringent environment, resists erosion from various oil stains, weak acid and weak base, as well as achieving sealing and rust-proof functions. The “MXLOC” threaded piping sealant comes with special formula of lubrication that allows ease of repetitive operations. The extreme convenience can replace the conventional method of Teflon cushions. The “MXLOC” threaded piping sealant is not applicable for piping system with pure oxygen, chlorine or oxidized gases.It is recommended to use MXLOC anaerobic catalyst on inactive metal surface (e.g. connectors of stainless steel pipes or zinc-galvanized pipes) to speed up the curing.
