ES2080 Digital screw dispenser

This precision dispenser incorporates with specific screw retainer and connects with normal syringe for feeding, where the amount of each dispension can be controlled with precision through thread pitch of the screw and rotation of built-in motor. The machine is very suitable for processing that requires high repetition and high precision. For thread pitch of screw, options of 8 threads/ inch and 16 threads/ inch are available to incorporate with viscosity of glue material and dispensing amount. The screw retainer can connect with normal needle directly, which achieves the performance of zero residual, precise dispension and neat glue breaking.
