EU3000UV curing split mask system

The UV machine is mainly used for curing adhesive such as UV glue, where highly efficient gas-discharge UV light tube and reflective mask imported are adopted to scatter light source of high intensity onto the irradiating range required for large area of UV curing operation. This differs from the common spotlight machine of focusing light onto one spot.The special cabinet design and new mask device can prevent UV leakage when pulling out the drawer.The top mask adopts split format, which provides easy removal for moving, convenient replacement of light tube and fast heat dissipation.The structure of cabinet adopts design of stainless steel and baking varnish, which provides advantages of light weight, fast heat dissipation and excellent reflection. The dimensions of cabinet can be customized, and the top mask system can be sold separately.
