Press pressure tank

Apart from conventional pressure tank, the press pressure tank adopts input high pressure to press the piston in tank downwards and discharge colloids. The design is particularly applicable for colloid of high viscosity; by connecting with the retainer, coated and scattered dispension can be performed, which solves the problem frequent syringe replacement and glue leakage. The outlet can connect with various syringes via specific connectors for packaging operation. By adjusting the relief valve connected with pressure gauge, the dispensing amount from retainer can be changes along with the pneumatic pressure in tank. The entire tank is made of 304 stainless steel. In addition to the merits of robustness, durability, long life of use and resistance to various solvents, heating device can be added externally for achieving even heating.
