The “MXLOC®” thread-locking compound is a type of anaerobic adhesive in single component, contains no solvent and cures under room temperature. The adhesive is mainly applied in mounting metal screws and fasteners, which can prevent loosening of nuts, bolts and screws due to thermal expansion and contraction or vibration. At the same time, it also resists erosion from lubricant, engine oil, petrol, weak acid, weak base and most of the chemicals, as well as achieving sealing and rust-proof functions. Such adhesive replaces conventional screws, gaskets or washers, where the highly efficient assembling and ease of operation enhance the product quality after assembling.Based on different torque requirements, the MXLOC is divided into permanent mounting type, dismountable type and easily dismountable type, which is applicable for various metal screws of different thread pitch.
