Hand tools
The Greater Taichung Region is a stronghold gathered by hand-tool industries, where many renowned hand-tool manufacturers are located in Taichung City. For various types of hand-tools, we have developed exclusive adhesives (e.g. bonding of handle grip, mounting of torque wrench mechanism, insulated protection for circuit of digital torque wrench and bonding of PVC handle grip... etc.. For materials such as TPR, TPU, TPE…etc. that are more difficult to bond, we have also developed exclusive treating agents and adhesives to satisfy client requirement on bonding of various materials!
Archery
Archery is one of the competition events in Olympics, which is also a sport that gains progressive popularity. With the requirements for high rigidity and light weight, carbon-fiber composite materials are also started to be used in archery. For bonding requirements of arrow shaft, we provide exclusive adhesive to assist with solution against production problems.

For jugging machine, fitness equipments, badminton rackets, tennis rackets, bicycles and mountain climbing accessories… as well as various sport-specific appliances, harnesses and accessories, we can provide and develop the bonding materials complied with manufacturing process and satisfy the production needs for clients.
Motor
The most common application for EV motors covers the injection glue for stators (coil) and bonding glue for rotors (magnet). Under high-speed rotation, the temperature of EV motors would exceed 150°C and even reach 180°C. For common motor injection products under such temperature, this would often cause reduction of motor efficacy due to reduction of mechanical and electrical performances for glue materials. It would even generate defects (e.g. cracking of glue materials) and in case of severity, short-circuited or burnt motor would appear, which would fail the lifetime assessment eventually. For organic materials, temperature is always the greatest challenge, and we have overcome strict tests including resistance temperature impact (-40°C ~ 150°C) for more than 100 cycles. When heated in air or soaked in oil over long time at 180°C, no cracks appeared on the glue material, the electrical characteristics of motor was well, and there was no reduction in strength. With the outstanding material characteristics, the practical operation test for more than 70,000 kilometers was completed eventually.
Fiber connector
With the increasing amount of network transmission, the delivery of data in large amount must be done via fiber networks. The diversified fiber connectors allow fast dismantling and installation for connection, where no splicing is needed.For fiber wires as small as few micrometers (µm) to be assembled with connectors and mounted, the glue must reach specific bonding strength and receive strict tests under high-temperature and high-moisture.
Bathware
The production and assembling of bathwares often need to meet the requirement of waterproofing and water tightness; with the glue usage, the products can present stable quality, comply with international drinking water certification under NSF, and be more competitive.
Micro speaker
With progressive miniaturization of 3C electronic products, the size of speakers also gets smaller and many structures need to be simplified and reduced. For such purpose, glue plays significant role in assembling.We have developed a series of glues that allow shortened production process and reduce costs.
LED encapsulation
This is one of the important projects in green industry. From sapphire crystal growth to cutting, we start from crystal solidification that mainly focuses on Hybrid epoxy silicon products. By incorporating with different solidification processes under different parameters, a series of products are launched to meet market demand.Subsequently, the application is made for demands of white light, and epoxy resin with phosphor injects into InGaN (Indium Gallium Nitride), where the LED product turns into cupped structure and form white light LED lamp beads. All epoxy resins used are high-class resins resistant to yellowing, which can withstand stringent environmental test and aging test.
Bicycles
Taiwan is a bicycle kingdom and the products of many internationally renowned brands are manufactured by Taiwan enterprises. For mounting and bonding of various parts and components such as bicycle frames, front forks, rims, handle bars, seat cushions, seating tubes and pedals despite of carbon fiber or aluminum alloy materials, we provide a series of exclusive glues.The glues provide outstanding features such as high strength with resistance to peeling, impact and fatigue, where we withhold extremely high market share and reputation in the bicycle market.
Glass glue
Glass products such as glass furniture, glass tableware, glass cups, and glass crafts are generally bonded with glass glue. Due to appearance requirements, glass glue must contain characteristics such as well transparency and resistance to yellowing. Our products have been used in the industry for over a decade, which are applicable for bonding aluminum blocks, iron materials, stainless steels, copper materials and glasses, and can usually achieve the strength of destruction resistance. For plastic materials such as acrylic, PS, AS, MS, PC and As, ideal bonding effect can be achieved as long as suitable glue is selected.
Composite materials
The trend of energy conservation and light weight has promoted extensive usage of carbon fiber composite materials. To address the requirement for light weight requirement, carbon fiber materials have been continuously introduced in products such as sports equipment, automobiles and motorcycles, medically assistive devices, and bicycles. Moreover, the bonding between carbon fiber and heterogeneous materials has also become the key for product quality. For different materials such as carbon fiber, metal and plastic, the epoxy resin developed by Hengyen provides excellent bonding strength. In terms of blowing materials, fillers, and debonding agents often used in the manufacturing process of carbon fibers, we have also developed a series of products based on client requirements, which satisfy the quality demands.
Modified silicone
- The moisture-hardening type of modified silicone is new in elastomer adhesive (constituted by polyether resin), which is also one of adhesives with high cost effectiveness among fast-curing adhesives. - The moisture-hardening type of modified silicone products contain the following characteristics:

Comparing to conventional PU (Poly Urethane) products where toxic isocyanates are used, the moisture-hardening type of modified silicone only releases alcohol in curing process, thus it is safer when used.
